• Your IVA will still be managed on the same terms and conditions, no changes will be made.
• There will be no change to your payment level or method – any direct debits in place will continue to be taken as normal. You will notice that your bank statement will eventually read as JARVISIVA instead of Aperture DS.
• Our team of insolvency experts will work closely with you to ensure that your IVA continues to run smoothly.
• Your Aperture IVA Supervisor has been replaced by Laura Prescott who will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of your IVA. Laura Prescott is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years’ insolvency experience and, along with all the Jarvis Insolvency team, looks forward to helping you achieve your goal of becoming debt free.
