Nominee Team Leader
The Nominee Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As their team leader you will be the initial point of contact for multiple members off staff who will undertake all aspects of pre appointment IVA, maintaining compliance with internal policies, the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules and relevant Statement of Insolvency Practices (SIPs) at all times.Read more...
Nominee Case Managers
Working under the Nominee Team Leader, the Case Manager will be responsible for all aspects of pre appointment IVA, from the initial case review right through to meeting of creditors – maintaining compliance with internal policies, the Insolvency Act, Insolvency Rules and relevant Statement of Insolvency Practices (SIPs).
Working under the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager plays a crucial role in the success of this people focussed financial services business. You will be aligned with the company’s mission, core values, policies and procedures and responsible for instilling these into the business operations. We want to ensure we have the highest quality workforce that feels valued, fairly treated and optimally structured to deliver a best-in-class service to our clients.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong character and drive, as this is a highly operational role.
